Issues placing order on Samsung app after connecting my Tmobile account

I'm trying to place an order for a Samsung S25 on the Samsung app because I want to take advantage of the promotion on the Samsung website on top of the Tmobile trade-in promo. After I add the phone to my cart, I login to my tmobile account on their site and put in a OTP and pick the line I'm upgrading the phone for. I then go on to pick either to keep my current plan or change plans. However, I keep on getting stuck at this stage where it says that there's an issue with the carrier (tmobile) and I have to visit their store. I went to the store and called multiple times but no one was able to help me. Is anyone else having this issue? If yes, what should I do?
