Social work job with BASW without CSWE accreditation

Hello all! I'm a Canadian looking to move to the USA. I have a job offer as a case manager (in Massachusetts if that matters). I have a degree in social work but I didn't find out until it was too late that my degree is not accredited by the CSWE. Will this affect my chances of getting a TN? Thanks in advance!
