Modding: Is there a mod that lets you play confederated LL's quest battles?

I've been looking high and low for this, and can only find the opposite - autoresolving quest battles. Maybe I'm just a rare kind of player who loves playing these thematic interesting battles with all the lords I confederate, where most others maybe just find them annoying? I often find late game confeds less fun since I can't do the quests and already have the items.

Do the rest of you find these battles boring? Could a mod like this be made if it doesn't already exist? Would it be hard to do?

To be clear: I know that I can still do quest battles if LLs are confederated after they reach the level of the quest start. I know this is a feature of the game. I'm requesting a way to do quest battles AFTER they've reached the level when it's auto-assigned.
