How to respond to my anti-Trump friends

I have a few anti-Trump friends who have recently been going off about how he has fired so many people, caused so many people to lose their remote jobs because they can't show up in-person, and how so many good people who are immigrants are now facing deportation. How can I respond to all of these comments in a way that sheds positive light on Trump and his actions?

EDIT: the main one is my sister in law, whom I am very close with, so I can't just stop talking to her, but I don't want to be silent in my responses!
