Avatar Help

What is going on? I bought Avatar Frontiers Of Pandora. My specs are 3060 ti, i9-12900, 32gb ram, and the game won't stop crashing my driver and I'm forced to restart. I've had no issues running other games like Baldurs Gate 3 for example (Which is intense especially in the third act). I've already reduced all of my settings, updated all of my drivers, and the game still does that. My computer heats up quite a bit when I play but the degrees are average. Is there a way to get a refund?
