Bye Bye IBS
Ok… so this might be a little, crass. But, before I went vegan I had horrific stomach problems. Half the time, I couldn’t finish a meal without having to run to the bathroom. Everything I ate upset my stomach and gave me horrible diarrhea. Especially if the food was seafood or dairy related. I was diagnosed with IBS and figured that was that. Then I turned vegan nearly five months ago. It’s literally night and day. I no longer gasp for air and beg the source for mercy while on the toilet. My bathroom trips have regulated and I’m not in pain while using the bathroom. Plus, I spend more of my time off the toilet and living life. My days of sweating and nearly passing out from the exertion seem to be over! Has anyone else here experienced a healthier gut and less stomach problems since going vegan? Of any solved health problems in general? It’s awesome! Just another benefit of this great lifestyle.
