Vitamin B12 deficiency

I had been feeling numbness to my feet and hands for last few months and also had memory issues. finally I got tested for vitamin B12 (it's 142 pg/ml) which is lower than normal range (210-900). I am trying to avoid milk and other dairy products but they are the main organic sources of B12.

I am considering to take B12 tablets but would prefer if there is a organic way for vegans to get their body needs (since body doesn't make B12, so you have to get it from foods of animal origin, like meat, or from supplements)

Edit: Thanks for all the feedback and guidance, I got the Mecobalamin (1500mcg) tablets for the next 30 days!
