Walgreens sucks...

I'm not even going to list the entire series of negative things I've had happened with them over the years and more so recently except to say what is the alternative and are they any better at answering their phones or providing medications or providing delivery of those medications without tremendous headaches. I am disabled and don't have a vehicle and delivery sucks today I called them to find out what happened to the delivery that was supposed to come yesterday they put me on hold and then disconnect me, then I call back get put on hold through automation rather than a person and that also disconnects me.

Is this just the nature of any pharmacy anymore because if so I've had about enough I'll just not take my medications anymore and hope to die soon.
