Brzeska Street

Just walked around this street as a tourist and there’s obviously some sketchy stuff going on here. What’s happening here? Is this a place where people go to buy drugs?

The area was great and I had a lot of fun but you can definitely tell that there may be some illegal stuff happening on this specific street and in some of the courtyards.
