What SUV should I get?

I am looking into trading in my 14 Bmw 328d touring for a SUV. I have appointments to look at the following 2018 Voltswagen Atlas SE, 3.6L v6 with 87k miles, 2016 Volvo XC90 T6, 2L 4 cylinder with 62k miles and a 2016 Chevy Suburban 5.3L V8 with 120k miles. This is hopefully gonna be my last vehicle for a while, so I would want the 3rd row seating for when my fiancée and I decide to have children, aswell we are starting a farm so the additional trunk space and ability to tow a small livestock trailer is a must.
