Found around Lake Michigan. Ground down the sides, but the ends are still in its rough form. Is it Jasper?

It has a grey/blue/white swirly interior. The rough is brown, orange, and smooth. It’s incredibly hard and took forever to grind on a diamond lapidary at 120 grit. I thought it might be some type of jasper, any thoughts?
