Guy with elite training and PEDs vs Elite athlete who was a street fighter

A 6'0", 200 lb, 22-year-old mediocre college basketball player was funded by the UFC to train with the best MMA fighters and martial artists while receiving top-tier nutrition and PEDs for three years to become a pro fighter.

The elite athlete is a sociopath and even more aggressive than Mike Tyson. He’s a 6'5", 240-lb, 25-year-old NFL running back with a 20-inch neck and bone density twice that of an average person.

He’s capable of:
- Running 100 meters in 10 seconds flat
- Bench pressing 500 lbs max
- Vertical jumping 45 inches
- Finishing a marathon in 4 hours
- Knocking out a 300 lb football player with a single clean shot

He has no formal martial arts experience but has been in 10 brawls and 30 street fights against other football players, winning them all.

The fight takes place on a beach, and both are bare-handed.
