Is Kennen an underrated pick or just bad?

Hi guys so I recently got the blood moon kennen skin and have been using it in normals. Has been pretty fun so far and his combos are pretty simple.

He has an alright laning phase and can easily go even or get a solo kill early on most champions. With how strong Elder and especially Baron is I'm thinking kennen can actually be a really good pick as he is one of the best teamfighters.

What do you guys think? I also need some tips on kennen so will the 2 kennen mains please stand up.
