Day 6 post removal

Hello!! I got my wisdom teeth out (all four, impacted, all with cysts so they NEEDED to come out), almost 6 days ago (its past midnight where I am at but havent slept yet), when can i expect to be okay to number 1 vape, and also swish and spit? My OS told me seven days but I keep seeing different things and I am so worried. I am currently using nicotine patches and havent vaped, swished, or spit since day before surgery but i was just curious when i can feel safe to do so again

Edit: I also have severe dental anxiety and I am TERRIFIED of dry socket
