Avira is really annoying but pretty sure the setup.exe has way to fully uninstall it which might seem unintuitive.

Change your encoder, should be quicksync and set to downscale to 720p30. Bitrate is important though do a speed test and report back! You should have it set to about 3000-3500. Which requires about a 5mbps consistent upload speed. For reference I do stream and help other people /streamers setup their stuff. My 8th gen Intel laptop can game + stream somewhat with integrated graphics but only low end games.
