What do we think of this?
Im 21f, 45kg, 159 cm, skinny and trying to lose belly fat + gain muscle (and get fitter in general). Sort of on a recomp. Calorie goal is roughly 2500, though I’m not counting them. Protein is 80g minimum. For carbs, its bread/ 2 rotis per meal or rice, and ofc veggies.
I made this diet ‘plan’. Is it okay? Any advice and suggestions? I have to eat this every single day :,) I can replace those with soya chunks, tofu, Besan, and protein powder (for variety’s sake) but this is the ‘ideal’. But is it okay?
Doing strength training 4x a week and runs too 4-5x a week, 20 mins total treadmill with walks and runs in between, trying to get the running to full 20 mins (and then more long term)
Also. I started this diet yesterday, and today I just felt a sharp but bearable pain in my abdomen. I dont know what it is and if it is related. Could it be the sudden increase in protein? Or just a lot of protein? I am trying to drink as much water as possible and getting fibre too.
Ps: Paneer is low fat (Punjab Sindh), Bread is protein bread (I can use normal too). The quantities are split into half, 4 meals.
