I just figured out I can add photos to comments 😅 I do! My butt has a lot of saggy skin that no amount of muscle is going to lift, my inner thighs are a bit wrinkly and floppy, and my belly of course too.

Thank you so much! I’ve been doing Rebecca Kennedy’s 3 day splits but still feel like my heart rate gets too high for hypertrophic exercise. I often have to pause to wait for it to go back down. I like Jess Sims too, but I haven’t tried her splits. I need to just stay consistent and be patient.
