Limerence is a term invented by the psychologist Dorothy Tennov for her book "Love and Limerence", to describe the state of being madly in love or intensely infatuated when reciprocation is uncertain. This sub is a community of people who self-identify as being in the state of limerence and are looking for support and strategies to deal with it.
