Working on determining hardness with a nail scratch… does the shiny streak from the nail on here count as a scratch? It looks more like the nail came off on the rock more so than a “scratch.” But I have no idea what I’m doing. Thanks!

Does Michigan Rocks only use a vibratory tumbler now for stages 2-4? Also, it seems those stages in the vibratory only take a couple days to get an awesome polish. Are vibratory tumblers superior?
